Big announcements for buyback followed by heavy dilution. Debtor dumping remaining shares and the company being silent thereafter. Announcement of buyback while still in debt and before revenue is ready for it.

Intention to be at a penny may be there for the future, but the pump and dump was also something that obviously happened.
