exactly. when they update financials , get current on OTCM and issue press releases to WSTI shareholders my guess is the share price will be a heck of a lot higher than it is now!
but through the ImpactPPA white paper and news releases we can see that lots is happening behind the scenes! i disagree that the lawsuit is holding anything up as companies release financials all the time where they simply delineate all current litigations- waiting to hear finalization of impact and WS agreements- one would think that will come very soon so as to be in place as they launch this massive India project.
