Problem is CVSI wants to get in the the pharma side. Big cash will be needed. So if they don't reverse and do an equity raise, the PPS will have to drop to justify market cap. MCAP is already high. People thinking the MCAP will double on it's own to almost 500M are dreaming.

If they reverse, then equity raise, then PPS will drop market cap could stay the same. Much healthier metrics in the end.

I guess the point is the reverse will be done in order to raise money through equity issues while controlling the MCAP. IMO
