But putting together that news or answering phone calls and emails actually takes work and time regardless of how good that would be for the reputation of the company and overall investor interest as well as the stock price. Here in OTC it is very important when you have small companies to do this. Let us hope he is not doing side businesses. If he is and devoting a ton of time to those, discovery would force that card quickly down the road and it would not be pretty. Just saying. 240k a year is a FULL TIME SALARY. On the positive side though, his filings and Qs and Ks look pretty professional. Props for that.
