1) Ibeto will keep the value of HIS assets for HIMSELF.
Anything's possible. But surely that screws the pooch for attempts to further other Nigerian business development in the close future. Maybe it's worth it, maybe it's not, that would be up to him.
2) He will give HIS assets to existing shareholders FOR FREE because he is a nice guy.
Anything's possible. But a legit merger and business development could invigorate confidence in a burgeoning African society and their investment infrastructure.
How much money have Bill and Melinda Gates given away for the good of humanity that they could have spent on themselves? Just sayin'.
Maybe Ibeto turns out to be a scammer, maybe not. Place your bets.
