CLASSIC!

Oil and gas company with NO ASSETS AND NO REVENUE merges with ERBB (another well known scam). It gets better, ERBB transfers ownership of NIPTON to the new scam (aka DLTZ). Then DLTZ moves HQ to CO which allows greater shares authorized. Then, wait, it is hard to not laugh when writing this. DLTZ changes name to CANNAWAKE.

It is hard to believe this isn’t a fictional book! Bernie could take a lesson here.
