So rumor has it that the alleged shareholder can't afford legal representation, not even a dime.

Must be because the alleged shareholder lost all his or her money on other stock market investments.

Instead, rumors indicate that the alleged shareholder plans to use the courtroom as a platform.

Question 1: Will the judge tolerate such antics?

Question 2: Is anything the shareholder has to say admissible in court when the case is about libel and not about the performance of the management?

Question 3: Will the alleged shareholder manage to impeach himself on the stand and get charged with perjury? IF THAT happens then isn't that a crime of moral turpitude which could also result in the loss of a CPA or other professional license?
