I'm a little confused over this. Steve Berman has promised to retire 1,400,000,000 of his shares. I admit that I am by no means the most experienced investor but the seems to me to be a very rare action.
So he sold off 44,000,000 of his shares, for what ever reason, taxes I heard? They are HIS shares. The documentation seems to say he did it legally. My point is that I am reasonably certain that there is more than a couple of investors here that could do the same.
I guess that he has a right to sell off all 1.4 BILLION if so inclined and done legal. IF he were the scam artist that so many seem to claim, Is that not what he would have done?
