Sure looks like MM market manipulation to me. But, then again, the SEC is a toothless dog in bed with the MM's, so don't expect anything to ever happen to MM's.

The OTC is the home of BS "companies" that are nothing more than fronts for toxic diluting share dumping penny stock scams. Buyers beware.
