Some DD: well if it helps.. took a spin around the marani block

- Peppermint Jims had farms foreclosed before and was able to get them back thru debt restruture

- New LLC name: PJsMarket Group.
- No mention anywhere of Peppermint Jim ties. Cannot find any filings or anything offcial. No mention anywhere of the connection besides press release.

- Nothing from marani newer than 2015.
- Nothing about the vodka.
- Only a few trades for few million trades at .0001 or less in June.
