I can give you a good reason...to maybe educate some gullible or naive people with just a few hundred dollars to their name thinking they're going to make it big in pennies. This particular company is a joke. Always has been. Every couple of years they're acquiring something and getting lots of people who don't know the first thing about reading a financial statement to believe this stock has any chance of going anywhere but down. Ernest Remo is close to 80 years old and is supposedly filing bankruptcy to avoid a several hundred thousand dollar judgment. A few years ago they were supposed to be purchasing a company making medical software. Before that, it was a company in Dallas that hosted websites. It's a joke and always has been.
