Tom is right. But the Q states clearly the insiders have no obligation to the investors. Not in the monetary sense. Not in the disclosure or production of results. Nor completing anything. Not any prototype, results or product. So that with the fact the 6 billion shares are already insufficient to cover the fair value conversions set forth in the deriv. agreements. Add to that the judgements and debt in delinquency. So harry and fruge have been double dipping the extreme pay due them on demand drawing high interest payment to schoell marine. Multiplied by claims for personal loans to cyclone that seem to be thin air, are circlejerk accounting. They don't have the big volume of shares sold to payout the payments to themselves hugely....like before...early on. But still they claim skin in the game. nope. double pay and grab what they can. While the assets dwindle away.....like schoell marine. Howz that huge boat build going??? 12 years so far...LOL
