Several companies have threatened legal action against dissident shareholders that point out the lousy job management has done. If a .0002 share price, a failed AIM listing, 6 consecutive dry holes, losing 5 million to Stanford, lack of AGMs in violation of company bylaws, a failed investment in Exile, a failed investment in S. Texas, a failed investment in Chad, a disasterous rights offering, the IRS debacle and, perhaps worst of all, the inept handling of toxic convertible debentures that destroyed all shareholder value doesn't prove managemement incompetence, what does?
And we will see whose reputation suffers when all of this comes to light.
