Tom sidesteps questions about Share Structure, how he's gonna avoid an R/S with the maxed-out O/S looming, conversions to come: "being busy" don't buy donuts and coffee let alone pay the bills. I tried telling my bank I can only pay 1/3 the mortgage and my kid's tuition but don't worry, because "I'm very busy," guess what they said.
About this, which keeps cropping up:
my HUNCH reading between the lines is, he may have some enhancement to ECrypt which is different enough to get a new patent... however he has stated and shown letters from BVTK's lawyer that it's common to have to re=apply 8X or more to succeed. (Some would say, it's a way for lawyers and the patent office to milk more money out of the hopeful: IDK if that's true too.)
The dinosaur software Ecrypt One has been pumped since 2011 and still no patent.
THAT SAID I do believe he might have Aces up his sleeve he can't divulge b/c of NDA's and what happened with ppl pestering and acting inappropriately with associates in the past --
I believe as do many he's bundling a group of co's that complement each other for a big sale/ merger:
