"and therefore"? How appropriate from a guy vacationing in Peru on shareholder capital whom has no clue what a "blackout period" is.

Why even bother to audit unauditable financial statements on a toxic shell? Why not start up NewCo Airlines, and start from scratch. Much simpler and less skeletons.
