As far as company not issuing shares for past 2 years, your DD is just wrong or just a guess. The OS was 125M in Jan 2016. In Jan 2018, it was 1.57B of OS and debtor shares combined and it was fully diluted to account for Pref A shares of 3.2B. Pref As were issued in late 2016/early 2017 before the pump. I would say an increase of 15 to 30 fold in just two years, that is solidly on record, nullifies your statement.
