I've just returned from 5 days at one of my favorite places, Avalon, it's still a great place, but some of my favorite places there have been removed in managements determination to upscale the town. I feel for the business people there who've been forced out of business by demands that they spend millions to upgrade their establishment, or move out.

I see nothing but positive news in my absence, yet the stock is lower. I can only believe it's being manipulated somehow, perhaps by the company issuing share ATM, though I certainly don't know that's the case. It's not uncommon to me to see companies go down on positive news. As a small investor, I believe we're largely just along for the ride as Institutions influence share price. Lower prices after positive news gives me the feeling they're shaking the trees to bring in all the fruit they can get, and they can be very effective in doing it. The good news is, if you don't let them take your stock, in time they'll want to do the opposite and make huge profits on the shares they're holding. Whether they sell into the highs, or not, they can show the value added in their books either way. Our time will come.

Being off for nearly a week has convinced me to back off some in the time I'm spending monitoring what's happening, I'll still be around, but don't intend to be quite as active.
