When management takes a company from a share price of $90 all the way down to $.0001, completely mismanages convertible debt and turns it into the destruction of 99%+ of shareholder value, mishandles its taxes resulting in multi-million dollar IRS lien, defaults on outstanding convertible debt, doesn't pay what it owes for dry hole drilled in Kenya, all of which lead to the current worthless shares and refusal or inability to file required SEC reports, when all of that is an accurate description of ERHC and its management, how can anything said about ERHC be slanderous?
