This is pretty obvious if you have read the financials of the last few Q's In my opinion what you are seeing here is much needed funding to daily operations...nothing more and nothing less. What you might also have is nervous investors dumping shares as this loses value. In the end to keep this above a penny is going to be a stuggle but even there this is overvalued by an unrealistic multiple.

Or could this be those past due covertible notes converting that nobody believed would??? Maybe
