they can't pay them, will likely reward them with discounted shares, which, they can now dump without disclosure. They already touched .35, only going lower. Also, quite possible Nasdaq won't approve yet another of perpetual RS's, could very well be planning to go back to the OTC, where they truly belong. no positive spin, lifetime P and D, supported by every fact.
