It would surprise me if the new FLUX Carbon LLC (“JVCo”) wasn't owned by Kevin Kreisler.
No matter how we put it, the result is that Attis owns 51 - 80 % of the GERS patents now. A Majority share when it comes to voting power. And like I said, the problem is BTZO isn't named anywhere. So the position of BTZO is completely unknown.
