´I followed a small bio that had been steeply sold off weeks and days ahead of results and even up to the day of results and when their good results were published after hours stock quickly shot up 50% and more the next day.´

a 50% rise would put us at 55-1/2 cents(based on current sp of .37) which is still within all time lows (historically).

At this point, who knows( I got your point though)
