I texted CF both yesterday and today to inquire about the rumored SH update and the debt situation and haven't heard back from him. Lovely. With all the new CBD companies/products that have come online in the last year, I think it will become quite clear Ballas didn't seize the opportunity when UQBU had an edge on the competition. Now, they will be drowned out by the sea of CBD companies out there. I don't believe this will turn out well for Longs, including me. Toxic debt will ultimately kill UBQU off, like so many penny stocks.
