What is particularly fascinating is that while those violations may not be enough to constitute libel...and the alleged shareholder may make it out without a libel verdict...

...if any of those violations are admitted to in a court of law, then the transcripts of those court records can be obtained and a complaint submitted to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy...even if the verdict is in the favor of the defendant!!

This is a case of "darned if you do and darned if you don't"...

...I think this alleged shareholder should seriously consider some sort of out of court settlement, but given that the rumor is that the alleged shareholder lost everything in various stock market investments ...I'm not sure if the funds are there for an out of court settlement.

This must be very embarrassing for the alleged shareholder to be sure...and possibly very humorous to spectators and bystanders watching this unfold.
