that is a really well thought out post. I have been involved with really large control companies. I have been involved with really small control companies. but I have never been involved with a control company that existed off the back of its shareholders. so maybe #7 could be zngy exists primary for the transfer of wealth from shareholders to zngy management and insiders :)
