Turn the company over to who? It’s easy to throw out brilliant ideas and it’s another thing to actually get something done. I don’t know too many (OK none) people that are willing to work for free while the company tries to stabilize. That’s why we lost Jim. I’m hopeful that he will come back when the company’s cash-flow can support his compensation.

So who is this mystery person that Ed should have turned the company over to?
