Paul Riss. They gave him 40 million shares years ago for the VOIP business. He has had over 5% for years. Now that the outstanding has increase, earlier this year he no longer had to do the Form 4 as a beneficial owner to sell. Needless to say, shares started flying out the window. He is broke so I am sure he is selling all of them. We all know how hard it is to get volume on this thing so 40 million shares selling is not going to happen overnight.
