No news seen here, it may be due to the markets going down and margins get called in on other stocks. Or it could be some that don't believe it will go higher taking some profits. Like lemmings to the sea others will follow. If it was a pump and dump I would have expected some bad news to come out. If it was someone trying to buy a voting right on the board they were close to getting the 4 million shares and may have paused to file the required SEC filings. If it was a merger / takeover they have a ways to go to get 55% of the shares. Then again who knows how many shares are owned by anyone. I will wait and see, it has been a long wait and this thing started to look like it might come back to life. You don't truly win or lose until you sell. You will never hit a home run or strike out sitting in the grandstands, you have to be in the game.
