value, the example you link to is a great case to look at.

Say RCP is like Novacap. Both are private equity firms (RCP sort of). Now say RCP makes an acquisition similar to Novacap did of a private company for about $220M.

My question is does this benefit PIOE directly or indirectly? If so, please explain to me how this benefits PIOE shareholders either directly or indirectly. -TIA
