Chemist, you're right that not everything good for RCP is accretive to PIOE, such as when they realize carry interest (performance fee) on one of their RCP Funds when it closes out at the end of its life-term.

I'm sure that the deal announced that i linked to is for one of the RCP Co-Invest funds, so whatever grows the asset value of this and other RCP Funds will be accretive to PIOE in that the higher the GAV and AUM, the more mgmt fee income RCP generates for PIOE.
