Tellurian to Raise $118.8 Mln in Stock Offering

05:05 AM EDT, 06/19/2018 (MT Newswires) -- Tellurian (TELL), a natural gas company, said late Monday it priced a public offering of 12 million shares of its common stock for total gross proceeds of $118.8 million.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.8 million additional shares to cover over-allotments.

The company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on or about June 21, subject to customary closing conditions.
