The failure of Afrezza, so far, isn't the drug itself. It has been a combo of management and a billion dollar liquid insulin industry trying to keep a wonder drug from ruining its monopoly.

If Afrezza was so difficult to use, why then are people ditching their pumps in favor of it?

At least be intellectually honest about what the issues surrounding the drug are.
