So the board quits, prints a ton of paper in doing so, and, the paper printing P and D machine continues...RS soon enough, perpetual failure guaranteed. Eventually, they will end up on OTC, Elmo and Scrot will step down, but, cash out years worth of back pay and "loans" in the form of discounted shares, rinse wash repeat, such an obvious lifelong P and D, maybe they'll buy another worthless company to print a little more paper, they'll tell us all about in in premarket as they dump..
