Yep, I can here the excuses now. " Well the due is done and we should be able to close at the end of July or middle of August at the latest. We will take the first draw soon after that. Until then we have some notes due and payments come up (really means his own house payment) so we will be taking out a few more extremely toxic loans. But no worries, we still have BILLIONS OF SHARES TO DUMP!"
BTW, at least this pr tiny company has a decent website. The last one looked like a third grader built it.
