not to be a nay sayer but nothing in the "pr" says they bought the islands. It only says they have "agreed on terms to purchase". All be it the title says they purchased the islands. It also says Obion and associated companies. So obion does not own it 100%. a good question to pose to them is what percent does or will obion own.
