As the churning continues, The Highs will become the base. With only 31 million shares
Outstanding, and over 10 million already traded
In the past week and 1/2 , The base is higher, and I look for higher highs, and Higher lows.
If this is not accumulation, Then I don't know
What you would call it.!!
Bottom line the weak links amongst us are disappearing fast.
