Over 100 licensed MMJ growers apparently already up and running. Why would they need Alpers "incubation, acceleration expertise?"
IF/ when recreational is legalized, Canada isn't going to just throw open the doors to anyone who decides to grow. This is tightly controlled, highly regulated. Recreational users just wanna get high. It doesn't seem they'll need Can10's brand of rocket science to grow basic weed. Other states seem able to do it without Alpers "critical thinking."
