Just curious, hanks is getting old and not used to technology. I mean him and the "professionals " he hired left out a major piece in their plans ( the de-salter ). plus , it seems they can't use modern forecast systems to determine that prices would be rising, but I guess everyone else knew that but they didn't. So, it makes sense he would use a check since he is so far behind on everything else. Can't use black gold cause he can't get anything done to even get started. Put up a flagpole, build a fence and grade a road, all so you can sell billions of shares. Who needs technology anyways!
