they can do cds at .05 anytime they want, but insider stock options cannot be granted at a price lower than the stock price. So when they get the stock price down to .05-.07, I suspect they will immeidately grant themselves 50M shares in stock options, 10% of os, which should be 500M shares or more after authorization increase..


Public companies are parasites. They feed off our funds for their own benefit, not ours. Try to understand how the parasite thinks.
