Etrade shows that the CEO of CETY purchased 16,000,000 shares back in February of this year. This is a penny stock that actually has a real product, contracts and revenue. The question was asked, "How many are buying at the current price?" MHO is that this price is entry level and this is a great pick for someone that wants to put an aggressive play with a lot of potential in their portfolio.
