I suggest putting the share certificate (or a printout of your account) in a frame. That will remind any holder that lost 100% of their "investment" in this company that no one should ever invest any money into a non-SEC registrant.

VICT is never coming back, and the money is gone, but at least that way VICT shareholders will get something useful out of it.
