So you should be thanking me for digging up the information that 2 of the “independent” board members are actually members of Leo’s synagogue. I can only assume you did not know this information. No reasonable person could possibly look at this BoD as a plus if they knew it was compromised of Leo’s close, personal friends from the synagogue.
