IMO, it's driven by news right now. It depends on the hype the media and politicians can generate between now and when the vote to legalize. Tomorrow (absent news) is looking much like today, some good dips for those needing cheaper shares before the run.
Once again IMO. I'm not a charter in the otc, I use trends and rely on sentiment trends. It's worked for me for the 5 yrs I've been trading HEMP.
