WIC-Hugo-as-post-says sent-polite-text-"my-take-reading-is-ask-me-no-more- company -questions-politely in cell text sent.
There is a Possibility he realizes he is just not going to give any info to shareholders that has not been giving to the investors in the public sector holding co. shares..
That opening up in an alleged unknown or verifiable discussion intended to be held private with a friendly visiting customer/share holder got around possibly creating a shareholder impression ( from my view ?.) that he was not against talking to. people of his choice.. Why not its his company and so..a friend/ holder/customer coming to visit with part previously not said information co. Info or previously ..sent information. / Meaning to be clearly said : also not previously said by Joe..in public relations who has been saying**
he would answer all the questions sent him.. Hmm.. Has he ..wondering.about that now. As well?.
So.. Connecting more dots here as I like to do..
Mr. Hugo reads the board and gets emails all at once and reads both. Realizes that it is no violation to let a friend know his plans. But did not think the investors #184 with 3 percent posting would be interested to also find out..
That he talked about company questions ( at least to one- person) who happened to let him know he held shares of in any amount. Realizing that its ok to know information from the inside - which is an accurate word.
My position and other investors are knowing info from Joe ..and that has been not yet proven out to say the least.. That makes people investing as myself and others on the board competitively outsiders as compared to making the effort to visit him and take his photo as recent as last week to show good health I assumed and the
time out and expenses to visit up close and personal. Apparently it was realized by Hugo that talking about questions regarding infm' both sent and bot previously sent amounts to one or unknown people knowing info coming from the owner and apparently assuredly from inside.
Then the c.e.o. could realize what is the point of making the visit and possibly others could consider a stop at Chatsworth when vacationing in California for at least a photo opp and am update.. He gave his cell number and sent text that was posted to say he is getting emails and this is not what he wants.. In addition to be the one talking company when at the same time has maintained a blackout to the public share holders. That only as said would be complying a conversation that should be a mole hill not a mountain ..But then the possibility came to him he was talk7my to a holder and an active trader and the hundreds of others were reading about this..
The happy hour on Friday or p.m. messages could be interesting and no one knows what happens in then.. But we all assume no p.m. or email will get a word of infm' there established and Hugo realizes that no trading decisions either to do nothing or trade would result from any thing discussed.. So.. The polite text as I read to not ask anything any more is just a precaution and it will be fine because this is all water under the bridge.. When Hugo and or Joe reads this it at me they fully agree ..to have no worries and this will be the last cell phone text from the c.e.o. So we can go on safely ..Hugo apparently said its better to " err on the side of caution".. As best ..congrats Hugo..
