I like idea of secondary - why only SH should get benefit of rising SP. company should benefit by raising funds and securing the financial position

O/s - approx 38 million

Issue 4 million shares at $8 to $8.50 - it will give co some $30-35 million and it will support next trial.
If cancer results are better, SP will go up and they can issue next round.

Once funds on hand - they can negotiate deal as well
