The sad thing is that Solomon didn’t even bother to resssure investors that in no way is he going to dilute in case the shareprice falls below a certain price.
So in case we fall to 20c he still goes ahead and issues 25M shares diluting almost 100% for $5M and if you take into account the dividends for about $1M?
Do they plan to clarify what they are planning based on cash flow predictions over the next few months?
