Why the .25 give away. Company needed cash fast for future trials/drug manufacturing and current trial obligations. There was no time to slow roll weeks upon months of 50-100k of shares.

Prurisol data is coming - delay was due to pre set allocations of resources. Things needed to get done prior to other things and we will all find out why shortly.
