Eastern Asteria,Inc. does not own at present any BNTT dividend which you mention. Eastern is supposedly merging it's Bnet TV and BnetCommunication into Bnet Media(BNTT), and then, yes, there will be some ownership, but not 350 Million, more like 15% of that, assuming, of course, the preferred did not exist, which it does. In truth, the preferred owns the entire collection and the common is living on a prayer and a wish that Gerald might actually finish something. I think the investors have been patient, and I doubt they will be patient that much longer, but, who knows, maybe Gerald will emerge with another fantasy tale?
