Too long with SOUM not providing some information regarding delay in implementing R/S or even about ongoing status...not even a tweet???

Delay in implementing is not unusual. But informing shareholders is not rocket science. It does not take a great risk in telling people delay does not mean collapse or demise of company.

Still believe they are operational. May have some administrative or operational issues delaying forward progress. Red tape a reality of life. But keeping your investors completely in the dark is inexcusable.

Just tell us the heartbeat continues.....or does it???
