It's a classic case of margin call and if one has bids in one can make good money from time to time on these situations. Obviously if a margin call comes through the broker won't put in any limit order or anything, he will just dump shares into the bid at market and this bid here was extremely empty, more empty than in most other stocks otherwise the stock wouldn't have been down 90% on a few hundred thousand shares.
